Meet Our Team

Chris Pellow, DC
Dr. Christopher Pellow, D.C., has been changing lives in the Denver area since 2001, helping thousands of people reach their health goals, from newborns to senior citizens and everything in between. Dr. Pellow maintains a strong dedication to operating with the fundamental values of dependability, reliability, honesty and integrity. He has co-authored a book titled, “Cruise Ship or Nursing Home” and is privileged to provide assistance to people on their journey to full health.

Tamara Johnson, MD
Dr. Tamara Johnson, MD is a family medicine physician and has been practicing for 38 years. She graduated from University of Nebraska – College Of Medicine in 1984.
She is licensed in Nebraska and Colorado.

Kevin Nelson, DC
Dr. Kevin Nelson, DC is originally from Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology, with a minor in Spanish. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Cleveland Chiropractic. Dr. Nelson graduated in 2002, having been awarded the clinic excellence award and the teacher assistant award in radiology. While pursuing his chiropractic degree, Dr. Nelson was president of the Motion Palpation Club. He is committed to lifelong learning, and has completed postgraduate education on advanced adjusting and rehabilitation techniques.

Frank Nye, DPT

Brenna Christie, NP
Brenna received her bachelor’s degree in molecular & cellular biology from Fort Lewis College in 2010. In 2013, she earned her bachelor of science in nursing from CU Denver and continued on to get her Master of Science in Nursing at CU Colorado Springs in 2020.

Pauline Sok MSN, AGACNP-BC
Pauline Sok is a Nurse Practitioner that is certified in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care. She attended University of Colorado College of Nursing for her bachelor’s degree in nursing. While working on the neuroscience floor and clinic at University of Colorado Hospital, she completed her master of science in nursing at University of Northern Colorado.
When she has free time, Pauline and her husband enjoy hiking in the mountains and traveling and exploring new places. She also enjoys fitness, loves trying new workouts and doing yoga. She also enjoys attending concerts and listening to music.
