Is to address the cause of health problems, not simply treat symptoms, to correct underlying dysfuntction and to stimulate healing in an integrated model of both medical and natural based therapies.
MEET OUR TEAM
CHRIS PELLOW, DC
Dr. Christopher Pellow, D.C., has been changing lives in the Denver area since 2001, helping thousands of people reach their health goals, from newborns to senior citizens and everything in between. Dr. Pellow maintains a strong dedication to operating with the fundamental values of dependability, reliability, honesty and integrity. He has co-authored a book titled, “Cruise Ship or Nursing Home” and is privileged to provide assistance to people on their journey to full health.
TAMARA JOHNSON, MD
Dr. Tamara Johnson, MD is a family medicine physician and has been practicing for 38 years. She graduated from University of Nebraska – College Of Medicine in 1984.
She is licensed in Nebraska and Colorado.
KEVIN NELSON, DC
Dr. Kevin Nelson, DC is originally from Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree in biology, with a minor in Spanish. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Cleveland Chiropractic. Dr. Nelson graduated in 2002, having been awarded the clinic excellence award and the teacher assistant award in radiology. While pursuing his chiropractic degree, Dr. Nelson was president of the Motion Palpation Club. He is committed to lifelong learning, and has completed postgraduate education on advanced adjusting and rehabilitation techniques.
FRANK NYE, DPT
Dr. Frank “Sonny” Nye, DPT, focuses on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and movement. He prioritizes quality patient care and communication with the goal of achieving positive outcomes. He loves getting to know patients and ensures that everyone he works with feels supported in their mission to move better and get back to what they love doing.
BRENNA CHRISTIE, NP
Brenna received her bachelor’s degree in molecular & cellular biology from Fort Lewis College in 2010. In 2013, she earned her bachelor of science in nursing from CU Denver and continued on to get her Master of Science in Nursing at CU Colorado Springs in 2020.
PAULINE SOK MSN, AGACNP-BC
Pauline Sok is a Nurse Practitioner that is certified in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care. She attended University of Colorado College of Nursing for her bachelor’s degree in nursing. While working on the neuroscience floor and clinic at University of Colorado Hospital, she completed her master of science in nursing at University of Northern Colorado.
When she has free time, Pauline and her husband enjoy hiking in the mountains and traveling and exploring new places. She also enjoys fitness, loves trying new workouts and doing yoga. She also enjoys attending concerts and listening to music.
DANIELLE JOHNSON, CASE MANAGER
Danielle relocated to Castle Rock five years ago with her husband. She moved here from her life-long home of beautiful Naples, Florida. She has more than 25 years of experience working in pediatric, chiropractic and customer service roles. As Practice Manager, her main objective is to facilitate quality care for patients and the ultimate work experience for the care team. Danielle partners with patients to facilitate treatment and payment options for immediate and long-term needs. With her servant leadership style, you will see Danielle providing service to patients and support to the care team. As a wife and mom, Danielle loves spending time with her family, which includes 4 boys and a sassy cat. Some of her favorite pastimes are baseball and hockey. Her position at Advanced Regenerative Health allows her to fulfill the passion and calling to help others.
